Returns

- Returns are only accepted if:

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your item is defective or incorrect, you may also request a replacement instead of a refund.
Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for reasons outside of defects or incorrect items.
- We do not cover issues related to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect use of the product.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If a return is sent without prior approval, it will not be accepted.
