Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted if:
    The item arrived defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item from our store.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, you may also request a replacement instead of a refund.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons outside of defects or incorrect items.
  • We do not cover issues related to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect use of the product.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If a return is sent without prior approval, it will not be accepted.
